During the Waters segment watching the CNN guest say she was infuriated because she was asked to list five things she did should be automatic dismissal. Lady it’s five things! If you can’t come up with five things then there is no reason for you to be employed. I a retired federal employee and I see absolutely nothing wrong with being asked to show your work.

At my husband's job weekly they met and shared what they did the week before and what they were working on. At my job we weekly met and talked about the past week and what the week ahead looked like. Just amazed that this would be a problem for anyone.

It is very common for employers to ask his employees for a brief list of what they have done, or what their day to day duties are, and if you can't or don't answer, the boss would question your value to the company. It takes 5 minutes to make a list.

Loving this… I work in the private sector for a bio-tech firm… I just had to submit my goals for 2025, and had my 1:1 Performance Review with my manager - where we talked about what I’ve accomplished over the year. it’s called being accountable for your job, of which we all pay YOUR salary!!!
