Another good video from you! A few comments about strategy, for whomever cares...
- It's good that for your 2nd attempt, you realized how the advantages of chaining your workers outweighs the loss of that one action (used to hold Point Leveque)! You were thus able to keep a greater number of workers in play for a longer period of time = net gain of actions.
- If you plan to send a worker to the Cafe, do that last. There will never be any patrols to block the Cafe, so going there will always be safe. Thus it's best to get the rest of your workers out to the rest of the board first, so to be better informed of where the patrols are being placed for each worker you send to town, if that makes sense.
- Given the "Underground Newspaper" mission you had to accomplish, which required the collection of six Intel, I think you missed a significant opportunity to collect Intel more quickly (and safely) by not adding the "Informant" spare room to the slot next to the Grocer. That room gains you an Intel just for going there, the same as the "Radio" locations, except much closer to your Safe House, and thus less likely to be blocked.

- Finally, and with a bit of cheekiness, the way your board rocked from side to side drove me nuts! :) I know a lot of people are scared to try this, but a gentle counter-bend in the opposite direction will flatten that board right out. It worked for me, anyway. I use the "counter-bending" method for all my warped mounted boards. But for all who read this - there IS a risk of snaping (i.e., breaking) the board. So just be careful!
