Love the aesthetic she's chosen for her rebranding💓💓💓 Can't wait to see and hear more of her artistry!!! I know some people find her lyrics shallow and her vocals low effort but i think that's kinda what she's going after, and if you listen to her songs more, there could lie many metaphors and cries for interpretations disguised as shallow, highly materialistic, surface level lyricism. Like Diet Pepsi, in MY OWN INTERPRETATION talks about living your youth and staying in the present, ignore what the older people say, to 'play it safe', Aquamarine talks about breaking free from your past mistakes or your insecurities and not hiding from the world anymore while High Fashion for me talks about how enjoyable it is to dress yourself up and adorning yourself gives you the same high as using them addictive substances. And 'I don't want cheap love, I'd rather get high fashion' screams 'Why would I settle for less when I spoil myself with the best things in life and I'm this beautiful?' Say what you want, her music makes me feel free, sexy, beautiful, and confident with what I have. Her songs make me love being a woman more.
