I’ve heard dyno runs of this. The downshifts make anyone within a 13 mile radius orgasm spontaneously

Reminds me of that kiwi kid who put a V6 formula Renault engine in a rally car. The thing was off its head

The sound made me smile. Sad we don't have those in F1 anymore.

Correction: Its not an F1 engine,

Its the JUDD GV4 4.2L V10, Made for Endurance Racing cars

The Judd V10 is a 4 liter motor which never raced in F1 ! It did however power LMP1 and American Lemans series cars along with the 5.0L and 5.5L V10s Judd makes. F1 V10's were limited to 3.5L and later down to a 3.0L displacement and they also rev'd much higher then the 11k redline of the Judd's V10's like another 6000 rpm higher !! But that Judd motor is amazing sounding and very reliable as well. My favorite use of one is the legendary Georg Plasa's BMW E36 hillclimb car ! Sadly he passed away in the very car he became so famous in. The hillclimb legend hit a barrier head on at 200kph and suffered massive head and chest injuries ! He probably had the same same injury that Dale Earnhardt had a basilar skull ring fracturs. Where the weight of a hu an head causes the skull to detach from the spinal column. Its a instant death which is the only comforting thing for anyone who knew the person that suffers such a trauma risking their life such as all drivers do racing cars or most anything in Motorsports. IMO we all seem to have forgotten how risky Motorsports can and will be at times will all the safety features modern racing crafts have today ! These gladiators risk their lives doing what they love, but sadly many spectators are there just for the crashes and arent true loving fans of Motorsports ! In 1955 Mercedes had a crash at Lemans that killed 82 spectators and the driver of the car and injured another 182 fans in the crowd as the car disintegrated into the stands. Mercedes withdrew from racing for decades and it skmost ended motorsprt racing as a whole in Europe. Thats how hillclimbs started because its a timed event not a race against multiple cars at the same time. Hopefully fatalities become a even more rare occurence as time goes on ! Cause nobody needs to die in the name of entertainment in racing IMO !! Its not worth losing anyones life for a trophy !!

It was originally not an F1 engine but Le Mans. It just said in 'later F1' it uses this engine. Also, Tuerck mentioned that after he did some drift shots with it, he won't do it anymore due to not compatible for drifting. Now he uses it as Time Attack only as you can see in GridLife
