If you're of the opinion that the default FFB feel in PC2 isn't the best, you can try adding a custom feel via this file. In this video I'll give you an overview of how to install it, and how my testing went with various car/track combinations.

Mike, thanks for this. I am new to sim racing (only 6 months), and your videos have so greatly helped me navigate this hobby! Thanks again!

I released a 2.1 update with lower output volume, if it's still to high click the file and go adjust the output volume that is set to 2.7 in file 2.1 and lower it to about 2.4 and it should be perfect for DD wheels so you don't have to damper anything on the wheel. Thanks for the video, I'm glad you enjoy it. I'll release an update with a lower volume file for DD wheels.

Your timing is impeccable, Mike. I bought PC2 a couple of days ago.

I found the UFFB file to be an improvement over the custom file that I already had. All I did was inserted my own G920 DZ, Scoop, and Output numbers, then lowered the Engine Vibe to suit. I tested over four classes of cars and found that the top dead center was less chattery, bump jolting was less harsh but still informative. Tire force and character was more detailed, and balance between Mz and Fy was easier to keep within 5% of the Tone 50/50 balance. Only a slight amount of FFB Vol, Tone, and FX number adjustments were required from the previous settings that I had been using with the JS- STD-Mid Comp-SoP Diff settings. I also experimented with the use of Compression values and no Compression, and settled on the no compression which is the way the UFFB file is configured. I think my G920 is now about the same across all SIM’s now with the use of individual force maps, and this latest mod is a welcome addition to the State of the art of FFB technologies. Thanks Mike for bringing the info into the mainstream!

Thanks for the vid. Any chance you could list the settings for me? I'm ps4 not PC so need to add the settings manually. Many thanks in advance 👍🏻😎

Great video Mike as always, but I would also like to hear your thoughts on Endurance Series RF2 3.00 update.

Wonder if this will make some of the cars drivable? Will give it a shot!

My wheel is Fanatec CSL Elite (PS4). I'd be quite interested to know if others with my wheel have tried this FFB (see timeline 0.56) and what are their feeling on it.

Thanks SimRacing604 - as I have become more & more unhappy with my own FFB settings, so I'll give this one a try, instead.

If rF2 is a 10 and Pcars2 is a 5, where do these settings score?

Gona give it a go... IMHO, FFB is PC2 is major flawed in a big part of the cars, with some flavored with extra special bad. I get absolutely no feeling when the car understeering and I really have to rely on the image and sound to perceive if the rear is about to loose grip. So far now, for me, the BMW M3 GT4 is worst car I ever drove on a so called car simulator. I get more feeling from Papyrus GPL than some cars in PC2.
