Batman Arkham Knight - Return to the Asylum

Batman flew all the way back to 2004 the PS2 days

it's a shame they didn't make it possible to return there, would've been an awesome easter egg, wander round a couple areas and have a couple flashbacks to the events of the asylum, would've been great

My favorite thing about the background locations is the amount of detail. Hugo tower still has the exploded hole, the steal mill, gcpd, ivy house are all there, and the asylum still has ivys plants around parts of it.

When the game was announced for PS4/Xbox One, I thought they would have made missions where Batman has to go back to the Asylum or City to collect something left behind. That would've been possible with the current-gen consoles.

I do like how with each game you can see the locations of all the previous entries. When you're playing City you can see the Asylum and in Knight you can see both Arkham City and the Asylum. I'm pretty sure the geometry of the entire 'world' doesn't match up if you compare all three games' depiction of it side by side, but it's still cool nonetheless.

The lighting when Bat's is gliding in front of the moon is breathtaking. Great graphics.
