A Stoner Metal riff-driven banger by Gnome, part of a NEW upcoming band centric 3-pack I charted earlier this year. Gnome 01 features three songs from the band's 2022 album King, a great album for fans of the genre with some VERY fun guitar and bass throughout.
First new charts in over a month and my God, is it an awkward one on guitar. To be fair to my charting ability, I tried to find a balance between fun playing and accurate guitar, since the band were kind enough to provide assistance to online tabbers. I also felt like some of the chord heavy sections were justified because the bass chart is basically just the guitar melodies but with single notes. So yeah, if you think the guitar is needlessly tough, the bass chart is the one for you. Personally, after testing it a few times, I'm OK with the challenge provided by the guitar; it doesn't cross over into full blown Clone Hero coloured-username tryhard territory but I haven't sandbagged either.
