Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY): "I rise today to introduce Articles of Impeachment against Associate Justices of the Supreme Court, Clarence Thomas and Samuel Anthony Alito, Jr."

She adds, "Justices Thomas and Alito's year's long pattern of misconduct and failure to recuse in cases bearing their clear personal and financial involvement represents an abuse of power and threat to our democracy fundamentally incompatible with continued service on our nation’s highest court."

Why are these justices allowed to receive gifts?! When I was in the military, I was told repeatedly that I wasn’t allowed to receive gifts and that if I did, that I should disclose immediately.
