Wouldn't that create a huge lever for the shoulders/arms? Agree with the hips though.

Hi Joe, I really love you videos and have implemented alot of your tips with great results. I am just getting back into weight training from a 2 year layoff and h have consistently been training for about two and a half months. The only issue I seem to have is my squatting days. I seem to be getting dizzy and feeling faint and weak when I do squats of any kind. Can you please make a video on how to properly execute squat moves without getting dizzy or feeling sick please.

Hey Joe, where can I buy the Shock and Awe programme? On your site it shows a few payment methods (subscriptions, which I hate!) Im wondering can I just buy the programme on its own? Like the Built like a badass one. Thanks! Also crazy how much things gave changed since the strong DVD, I remember watching that with the lads in my sitting room... must of been over 10 years ago... We are getting old!
