If you ask me Hypixel should give every new player an automated msg not to trust any links and websites. I know minecraft already has that whenever you click on a link but I feel like that just gets ignored as it shows up on all the links. A big "DO NOT CLICK LINKS NOTHING IS FREE" alert across your screen when you join sb should do it xD
Since Hypixel can't really prevent the bots from advertising I feel like doing something else to warn people could go a long way

I watch a lot of scam punish videos and I get to see how scammers usually formulate their scams, as well as the fact that hypixel doesn't want you sending any links and they bypass that filter is also way to obvious. But it's a good thing to spread awareness, I have 2 siblings that play skyblock and soon 1 more that wants to join in and they aren't as experienced in scams as I am, definitely will be sending all 3 this video

they are not "bots", the accounts which advertise this website are accounts that were hacked because of downloading and executing the file, as you can see, there are some mvp++ accounts advertising it as well.
