Thanks for the emphasis on the cleaning part. What kind of oil is that? Do you eat the noodle too? Because isn't that too much oil dripping onto the noodle? Thanks for the video looks delicious.

I tried this dish and almost cut my hand. Should’ve went into explaining a proper way of cutting into the clam and cleaning. Where the sand is and all that……. But instead you wasted time on none sense near the end.
