Sir, shouldn’t the ans of ur 2nd example "All cars are not inexpensive"? Bcz it is ~c, not ~(universal symbol).

As per the comments below, I think the negation for "Most cars are inexpensive" is "All cars are not inexpensive". This made me think of what is the negation for "All cars are inexpensive"? Is it "Some cars are not inexpensive"?

For 2nd example, the answer will be "all cars are not inexpensive". because "not all cars are inexpensive" is meaning similar "Most cars are inexpensive".
