Hmm. All you guys are bashing on this guy like he's a trashcan that learned to walk and talk. Well you guys didn't even *think* about how a *_Human life_* could be damaged by your constant hate. Yes, I get it. Water is important, but isn't a living organism too? Everything happens for a reason, and a reason is provided for everything. If this guy wants to throw water balloons on the street, let him! He might just slip on the road. If he wants to waste water, let him! He might just thirst one day. And if he wants to waste food and toys, let him! His child someday, might starve and be bored.
Now I'm not saying that reminding him to not waste water is wrong, I'm just saying the *way* that you remind him is wrong. Putting angry emojies everywhere. At least just type:

Instead of:
