I’m confused are you talking about having the colors match the turtles? I’m sure you know already Michelangelos color on the arcade buttons were yellow.

You know the “protective coating” on the control panel is supposed to stay on. It looks milky because there is an adhesive plastic on each side to prevent scratching. If you peel it off of each side it’s clear and protects your control panel while being transparent.

i just bought one from walmart tonight and having by my street fighter 2 1up machine really makes me feel like im back in the arcades man

A light up marquee, the clicks buttons and half top colored control sticks with colored base surrounds and finally add a self powered sub inside the cabinet (with a 3.5 splitter to use the 3 inch speakers and sub together) for low end and this will be a legit little cabinet!

Looks nice this TMNT Cabinet, intro song it's a bummer only nothing to do about it.
Speakers is indeed a downgrade so would love to see some upgrade options here.
Only modding this with key 7 or raspberry pi is possible only you need a lot of encoder boards.

I saw the rumors of dual speakers and I’m so glad they added them or just made the room because you can now mod them for better I find speakers allll day at thrifts nice ones so that will be good. The unoriginal song might get to me I would down the line add mame I think in there and new joysticks and buttons but all in all I’m stoked for that cab we all know including them it’s going to be modded anyway so any little feature they enhance imo just makes it cheaper and easier to mod in the future

Correction: The original TMNT cab actually had ball tops. I guess I have played so many reproduction versions of the cabinet that I didn't realize it had ball tops. I think I'm going to put bat tops on it anyway. Sorry about that guys...in addition the original had leaf type switches and not micro switches. Special Thanks to Arcade Freak 2016 👍🏻

I’m guessing they got the rights to the underlying composition and arrangement of the TMNT theme, but not the actual recording. Presumably otherwise they would have used the sound from the original game rom.

Saw this online for 350. Got there she said it's a ghost item so not in stock. Paid 423 after tax. Can't wait to mod. Son is happy santa came and I'm happy that we can play together. I'm satisfied for what I spent initially

The song is the same from the cartoon and ads from the late 80s early 90s. It's the same so don't really understand why the confusion people are having. Either way.... it's a great cabinet!

I streamed the whole thing as I built it and it was super fun to build. Took about 2 hours or so to build. I'll be honest the sound is perfectly fine and haven't had any issues since I put it together. I'd have liked the marquee to light up but I will be alright with it as it is :).
