Commonwealth Impound - Fake license

From a simple violation of coding, to having the car impounded by the MMDA.

Why? Because the driver presented a fake drivers license to the MMDA.

The driver said his boss got the license for him.

Someone later arrived and said he wanted to make "areglo" with enforcers. He said he bought the license for ₱2000 outside of an LTO office.

It has become common for "fixers" to provide fake documents and fake licenses.

i wonder if the extended zipper lane is helping? i mentioned this because it is now longer to take a u-turn at t.sora, causing a more than normal traffic build up at the said intersection when vehicles stop and wait blocking one or two lanes in an already congested area.

before, the zip lane begins at t.sora. now, its extended before t.sora.

A law should be passed regarding the car tints.. The gun can only recognize the speed and not if the driver was distracted by the use of his phone. Sheesh

im disappointed in the way the enforcers communicate with drivers who are wrong....It sounds like they feel bad to be enforcing or want to apologize for doing so. It just doesn't sound firm enough and it gives the driver a reason to talk their way out of a ticket. Just let them know what they've done, ask for a driver's license and issue the ticket.
as far as the first driver, he mentioned a boss who got him the fake license. That boss needs to be at least investigated or put him on notice for future incidences. Secondly, the government is pretty messed up to not make examples of users of fake licenses, to not follow up on where these fake licenses are coming from and punish those people or persons. One of the issues about drivers not getting a license legally, is these people dunno the rules about driving. Are'nt these people causing traffic too? Just start punishing illegal drivers and their enablers!

Why would you even get a fake drivers license when you can just get a real one? Philippine driver license is one of the easiest licenses to get in the world. The tests are so easy unlike other countries that give a strict exam and an hour long driving test on an actual road with the licensing officer by your side.

Penalties should be at least triple, and multiple violations automatic suspension. We need more teeth for law enforcement
