Sup guys! We get more work done on Chris's 1988 CRX Si. If you want to skip ahead to the exhaust install part, go to the 15:23 mark. Either way, enjoy and let me know what you guys think of the overall progression on his CRX. You can also watch the other 3 previous videos by skipping to the last 10 seconds of this video, all 3 links are provided and clickable on screen! Thanks peeps!!

Im happy to see clean CRXs are still around with the classic exhaust sounds.

For those hating on the exhaust, for $92 ship, i don't think you can beat it. sure an $$$ sounds a lot better, but he could buy another muffler and/or resonator and weld it on for less money than a quality exhaust and make it sound better. I'm a fan though, I may have to look at a similar option for my 89 Civic Si once I get it running again

On first start up I thought it sounded like timing was off by a little. Nice work 💪

When i had my 1990 crx I did the same things you guys did minus the exhaust install. I too saw all that rust behind the water pump. I guess it's a must to replace or at least take a peek behind the water pump when you get these generation civics. Awesome video man 👍

When I first got my HF I got the same exhaust. I bought another once i got my Si and spent a weekend and some beers welding on a walker 17733 so it doesn't sound like a ricer.
I love how quiet on my Si it makes my B20 swap.

A vibrant Ultra quiet resonator in place of the resonator you installed would make it sound sooo much better
