My ube coconut coffee

Ube + Coconut + Vietnamese Coffee

My take from this combination: it’s dangerously creamy and freakishly on another level so watch out. The ube flavour was light, fragrant and vanilla-like, pairing nicely with the earthy coffee flavours. Coconut milk added another nutty and creamy layer to it all. Don’t over-do it on the cream!

15g Vietnamese robusta coffee (check my link to see for a promo code!)
80g hot water
20g sweetened condensed milk
100g crushed ice
30g coconut milk
30g heavy cream
5 drops ube extract

As Filipino, you should make Ube Pandesal. Or like make Halo-Halo (famous Filipino desert that is colorful of Ube Ice Cream, Crushed Ice, Sago, Sliced jelly, and so much more.
