■ DUBAI SILICON OASIS:
Dubai Silicon Oasis known as DSO, is a free-trade zone established by the Dubai government in 2003, spanning an area of 7.2 square kilometers. In 2003, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE, and Ruler of Dubai, officially announced the Dubai Silicon Oasis to operate under the Dubai Airport Free Zone Authority. In 2005, Dubai Silicon Oasis was appointed as an independent authority according to Decree No. 16, and that Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority (DSOA) has received its land spanning an area of 7.2 million square meters, to continue the establishment process of the DSO.

■ AL SAFA METRO STATION:
Al Safa Metro Station is a rapid transit station on the Red Line of the Dubai Metro in Dubai, UAE, serving Al Quoz and surrounding areas. The station is named after the nearby Al Safa. The station, originally planned as "Al Quoz", opened as part of the Red Line on 15 May 2010 as "Noor Bank", and was renamed to "Al Safa" in November 24, 2020. It is located on the Sheikh Zayed Road near the major junction with Al Manara Street. Nearby are Al Quoz Bus Station, Kite Beach, Oasis Mall, and the Times Square Centre. As well as Al Quoz, surrounding neighbourhoods include the eponymous Al Safa itself and Umm Suqeim. The station is close to a number of bus routes. Familiar buildings and establishment: Day to Day Dept Store, Air Maniax, Matcha Club, Nissan Service Centre, Honda Car Service Centre, 3D World Selfie Museum and Volkswagen Showroom.
