Sen. Mitt Romney plans to vote against the controversial nomination of Judy Shelton to the Federal Reserve, the Utah Republican told reporters Thursday.

Speaking just two days after Shelton secured key Senate banking committee approval, Romney said he won’t join his party in supporting President Donald Trump’s nominee.

“I’m not going to be endorsing Judy’s Shelton’s nomination to the Fed,” Romney told reporters, according to an account in The Hill. “I will be voting against her.”

Average car price in 1970 in gold 87.5 ounces. That car cost 3542. 2020 Jan. Avg car price 37851 which means today a car cost 19.4 ounces. The dollar is trash thanks to the fed.

Wonder if this has anything to do with the fact that Shelton is a huge believer in a gold backed standard.

the average worker in america can't even cover their expenses and they are paid funny money paper.. a system like that is called peonage, which is a fancy word for slavery...how is it that 100 years ago, the same low income worker could actually have and buy gold? today, gold is out of reach for most of america's working class.. the only thing they are allowed to own is peonage paper dollars.
