Uphold sucks, please pay attention to the following advice, please be aware that if you use your bank account they will freeze your Crypto for 65 days, instead use a Debit or Credit card, also not all cryptos can be withdrawan, in my case suddenly they stop accepting my debit card for no reason, they blame the bank, the bank blame them, I tried different credit cards and all had been rejected.

Chase won't let you use your debit card on uphold. If you da bank transfer they lock up your XRP for Minimum 65 days. If xrp value goes down they hold it longer. I had 1 day until my xrp would be unlocked then ftx fell and the price of xrp fell they extended my lock up to 20 days...had to sell at a loss because I didn't want keep it on an exchange right now

Uphold just recently implemented a $500 limit balance "cool-down period" on any deposit style including Debit (which is 20 days) prior to being allowed to withdraw or cold-store your assets. Uphold still has its original 65 Day "cool-down period" on any assets partially or fully purchased with fiat deposits made via ACH prior to being allowed to withdraw or cold-store your assets. Keep that in mind when using Uphold Folks.
