Ride or dies. I love a black and white stripe. Red shoes. Jackets with fun prints. A shirt and cardi with a vintage funky brooch. Headbands. Cats-eye glasses. ❤

Ballet flats are my ride or die. I have always had some sort of flat. I currently have a rotation of black, gold and red that are my staples.

I can’t seem to ditch my leggings fixation. Just basic solids (though I have some patterned ones). Large oversized sweaters/shirts just are so easy with them.

I love extremely wide-leg pants (hippie pants), beanies, flared leggings, cat themed t-shirts, long flowing anything eclectic and/or hippie style. I'm 56, and it's taken a long time to really hone in on my preferences in fashion. I was a veterinary technician for many years, so my day to day outfit was scrubs 😂.

Anything animal print (zebra/leopard/giraffe specifically), thigh high boots, western wear (I’ve always loved and it’s how all of my uncles have dressed and reminds me of them), statement jewelry (I lose things and don’t care to spend a lot on accessories).

I will be a leopard print girlie until the day I die! It’s come and gone quite a bit as a trend but for me it’s a staple.

Same with vivid hair colors. Never get tired of it!

i knitted myself a ruffled balaclava last year and was so worried that i had hopped on a trend and wouldn’t enjoy it this year. i couldn’t have been more wrong because i was so excited when it snowed last month and i could bring it out again this year 🤭

I love a lot of these, and i love how easy they are to find secondhand! Specifically the ponchos/capes (ive seen so many on vinted!)
But also nautical items! I find myself less drawn to sailor pieces, and more drawn to vaguely nautical pieces. I have two vintage sweaters, one with a lighthouse and one with a compass. And i LOVE them.
