Harrods sprayed with orange paint by Just Stop Oil protesters

Just Stop Oil protesters have sprayed orange paint on the front of Harrods as they continue to call on the Government to end all “new oil and gas”.

Two protesters sprayed paid and were taken inside the store by security guards.

Other protesters stopped traffic in Brompton Road, Knightsbridge, with some gluing themselves on to the road, which resulted in angry drivers dragging some of them off the road.

The Metropolitan Police said the protesters were being removed by specialist officers.

The force confirmed two people have been arrested on suspicion of criminal damage.

What a shame. They need to be educated on how oil extraction cannot be stopped.
They need to be told oil is not just used in combustion engines but required for farming and textiles...just 2 basic day to day requirements
