Maybe I'm wrong but that's probably unripe. Still a yellowish pink instead of a bright pink, and unripe ones are usually more bitter/flavorless.

Try the yellow dragonfruit, it’s very sweet and delicious, only warning, only eat a fourth of it since half or more will make you have diarrhea

Try home grown yellow Ecuador, or red purple pink colors . These are super sweet delicious 😋 . White store bought are acid dirt bland unsweet dragon 🐉 fruit 🤢.

I've just tried white dragon fruit, and I enjoy it. It's a very mild flavor. It's smooth and sweet, and a little sour. The flesh is extremely soft, and the inside of the peel can feel a bit slimy. I didn't even really need to chew it, I just pressed it against the roof of my mouth and it broke apart. In my mouth, the seeds were completely unnoticeable.
