Massive Frontend for LaunchBox

Heavy ALPHA and lots of bugs but the basics work.

Enable subtitles to know WTF is going on :D

it looks alot better in reality but you can already see in the video that it runs butter smooth ONCE initialized ;D

Now THIS is what I've been wanting to see in launchbox for a long time. Very interested in this. Having this in launchbox would destroy all the other frontends imo.
