Even if that 2% claim was true, in quality control that percentage of defects would get the entire batch recalled. 2% of your product at final stage being of subpar standard is NOT a small amount

ok wtf? First she said only 2%, and then says she didn't earn a single penny. If 98% of the lipstick were not defected then she would earn a lot, refunding 2% isnt making you earn no money

If JH had believed people saying there was an issue with the lipsticks instead of blasting them on social media Raw Beauty Kristi would not have done that video and the video would not have blown up as much as it did. JH still doesn’t take any accountability & I’m sick of her constantly playing the victim & lying/leaving out vital information.
