What improvements were made after realizing that the hand-sewn emblems weren’t secure? It wasn’t clear what the improvement(s) are. Is there some kind of fastener that secures the emblem to the back plate? How does the shiny finish hold-up with wear and wash? (They’re not plated, right? That’s asking for quick deterioration of the finish!)
