Hi mate, I've read your book and it's helped us immensely along with many resources we've found along the way.

As very recent first home buyers, I am against property investing. This may seem a little left field.

What we have seen are a few privileged (or over leveraged!) people buy multiple properties driving prices higher. If the govt capped investment property ownership to 1 primary place of residence plus only ONE other property maximum, we would see a huge wave of properties come to market at fair prices giving renters and low income earners the opportunity to own their own home. I'd roll out the forced sell program over 5 years so people with 3 plus properties had the time to get them on the market. Greater supply means lower prices for the people now desperate to get their own home.

My two cents.
