2 lbs ground beef
1 diced onion
1 tbsps Italian paste
Beef bouillon powder to taste
AP seasoning to taste
Red pepper flakes
1 pinch of white sugar
2 tbsps diced garlic
4 cups beef broth
28 oz tomato sauce
14 oz diced or crushed tomatoes
2.5 oz Boursin garlic and herbs
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1 cup ricotta
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
Diced basil and parsley
8 lasagna noodles

Omg, this soup was sooo delicious. The only thing I changed was adding some fresh jalapeños during the process. Served with fresh Tuscan garlic bread!! Bellísimo!

Just made this for dinner tonight! And I’m so happy I tried it!! 10/10 delicious and taste like lasagna just wo the hassle, I just cooked half of the cheese mix w the soup and it had more of a creamier taste w it, I even added more on top ( we love cheese in this house) but definitely making this again!
