Let me get his straight: working class or middle class families who want to live in Los Angeles, but can't afford it, say good bye to family and friends -- and have move out of state. But with transients (often mentally ill/drug addicts) who decided they want to live in sunny Los Angeles, the city is suppose to provide unlimited affordable apartments housing for them. And, until then, allow them to live in the streets, do whatever they want?

It's a democrat city to in a democrat state, but democrats like to bring up history in everything saying that democrats stand for the poor and middle class, you can't bring up history in every single scenario cause not everything pertains to today, most democrat states that allow alot of immigration happen to be the most expensive states and city's to live with job shortages, so hopefully people wake up as the democrat party has became corrupt and doesn't use common sense, also democrats signed welfare reform into law not republicans, most democrat states don't care about the disabled people either

Rent is very expensive. People cannot afford to buy or rent homes in LA.
Maybe the government is trying to keep LA for the rich only.
