In this video I'll just explain something that we all know in Oriental culture, that is what you call "superpower", superpower is real but it comes basically from one of the 2 cases, one case is "it is born with", the other is from spiritual cultivation, especially practicing Buddhism.

In the first case, it is born with because certain karma a person did in the past that will lead to this karmic lifetime which I would not discuss it is very complicated. For the 2nd case, superpower is nothing "mystery" like the West think, the Oriental culture know that it is just higher science than the current "physical science".

But why practicing spriritual cultivation such as Buddhism would lead to superpower? And why we all don't have superpower?

In Buddhism, we know that there is the real mind and there is the false mind, for most of us, we are become such a "layman" is because we mistakenly accept and use the false mind as our mind. The false mind, in more simple term, it is the "chatter mind, the analytical thinking mind", it is this false mind that we mistakenly identify into.

So practicing Buddhism will reverse this false mind back into the real mind where all the superpower reside. Not only that, we "upgrade" our species to a whole new level of being. No longer we are just human, but also a possibilities of become saints and sages like those Arhat of the past in the Buddha time.

The current science now started to discover that we as human only use about 1%, (actually not even 1% ) of our mind. The rest of 99% are unused due to the OVERUSE OF ANALYTICAL THINKING MIND.

Unfortunately, for most of us, 7 or 8 billion of the planet population, this is still a secret. So there you go, now you know the secret, hopefully more and more people are no longer ignorant of this fact and started Buddhism research and practice mindfulness which is the key to the real mind
