Yet another case of fitting the wrong attachment for the job!, the jaws are for crushing reinforced concrete and cutting metal and this building is mostly brick and block so a grab or claw would have been better, the operator doesn't know how to use it either!

Indeed an interesting building. It looks very institutional as though it was a hospital. Some of the rooms have curtains at the windows which belies this.
