The RCMP’s forensics report from the Humboldt Broncos crash has been released and shows the vehicle was torn into three pieces after colliding with the trailer of a transport truck driven by Jaskirat Singh Sidhu.

A total of 16 people died, including several Broncos players and their head coach, while 13 others were injured.

The sentencing hearing for Sidhu is taking place the week of Jan. 28, with 65 victim impact statements to be heard, after he pleaded guilty earlier this month to 16 counts of dangerous driving causing death and 13 counts of dangerous driving causing bodily harm.

The driver should have never had his license. He's a CDL driver. He should have been professional

How long was Sidhu in Canada? I thought I heard only three weeks.

Too many people in Canada are still ignoring the STOP 🛑 signs every day in life.

that road is dangerous there should be traffic lights or a 4 way stop and remove those trees for the future they don't belong that close to an intersection that is if you want to avoid these kind of tragedies

I can tell you they smirk and sneer at you, when they nearly cause a collision, almost taunting you, these south Asian drivers

Intersection is outdated by atleast 60+ years. To think this could have been avoided.

Cripes....was Sidhu actually playing chicken with the bus, thinking bus would be intimidated by truck and let him go first?

make drivers training longer and let this poor man go... he wasn't texting, intoxicated or road raging.... this guy has suffered enough.

Yeah the trucker didn’t stop but it sounds like the real failure is lack of basic infrastructure like traffic lights

They were both wrong, along with the town, city council, state, and government and don't forget that the bus was coming on an X-ing soon passing the intersection in which they claim the bus driver was around 55-65 miles per hour or 88 to 104 kilometers per hour when it struck the truck.  The truck driver should've stopped, yes definitely.  But when you have no visibility as the bus driver didn't because at the time the trees were obstructing his vision let alone he was coming on a train track crossing a couple of feet after 335 the bus driver is also at fault, especially being responsible for an entire team inside his bus, he was negligent as well.  But since it doesn't benefit the state of Canada and its government, and the Honorable sports team to which everyone praises higher than God. It would be easier to blame the foreign Indian guy and his statutory status in Canada. Otherwise investigation about the trees that should have been removed from the first accident "There are questions that have been raised before about the crossing, known locally as Armley Corner: 20 years ago, six members of a B.C. family were killed in a crash around the same spot that lost their lives in the same intersection and nothing was done about it other than posting more STOP sign because they weren't famous or even relevant so why care or even mention, not even a memorial was done in memory of those that lost their lives prior to this "Bronco Team" the highlight of Canada. But no a Bronco team gets into a fatal accident then it becomes worldwide news, Queen Elizabeth and Trump at the time even got involved and many other things that got kept from the public and will for life if possible.  But God has a way to make his point across and make it reverberate around the world.  This is directed especially at those that like to hide the truth to benefit themselves.
