If the circle rotates around a point on the bottom most point of its circumference how would it’s height along the red bar increase . Unless you mean to say the magnet rotates around a point thats slightly above the bottom most point, in which case what causes it to spin from this point? I assume the weight explanation would only suggest that the circular magnet spins from the bottom most point on its circumference?

Everyone knows this is actually caused by the magnetic field of the Earth interacting with the piece of metal which in combination with the motion of the magnet make a very powerful tertiary field that forces the magnet up. It is the basis for all technology of my kind.
