Yeah flying with other people actually isn't so bad for the environment because it's a group commute. So the jet fuel emissions is divided amongst all the passengers. Like a sky bus. Sometimes flying is the only way to reach a specific destinations on time like over the oceans and such. NGL I love flying and I think airplanes are just neat. The sky is a beautiful thing and being part of it is an experience. When I look at the airport though most of the planes I see aren't passenger planes but cargo planes. So I guess if people really want to cut down on jet fuel emissions probably the best way would be stop ordering express shipping on things that don't need to be express shipped. Trains are a lot more fuel efficient because they can carry a lot more at once.
