Just wanted to say God bless you and I admire you I was born in New York but came here I only one years old and grew up here in 98 I moved to Florida was there for nine years but something about reading I missed so I moved me and my family over here and my son got to grow up here and West Reading is where he grew up now he's going to be 18 years old and he loves it here

Getting tired of people putting down The City of Reading. Shit happens cause people don't seem to care. Let's pull up and leave. It's not the Reading I grew up in. Well guess what? No matter where you go things change. Not always greener on the other side of the fence. Reading sure did lose a lot and became one of the poorest cities in the USA, but to those who stayed and face the challenges I salute you. This is my home for over 65 years and I'll be damned if I'm giving up on Her. When you stop believing this is what happens. It's not easy to seeing bad things happening but I keep trying to think positive and do positive even though there is so much negativity in this city I call home.

Grew up in SV District. Business is in Fleetwood. Writes a love letter to Reading? These are the same type of people that'll support the current thing just to be a part of something. I was born n raised at Spring & Mulberry. F**k that city. You have a different perspective when you actually lived in the sh!t. The shootouts, the degeneracy, the welfare abuse, the "hood" culture that plummets people's IQ. One thing I can credit to Reading is, never relax and keep your head on a swivel. That's the state of mind that city programmed into my DNA.
