When Are You Industry-Ready?

The biggest obstacle I'm facing right now and I'm sure many other self-taught devs are also facing, is to get past the HR wall of death lol. My CV is well written and I got a fairly complex and nice looking app on the Play store as well as a fleshed out and nice looking github. But the jobs I apply, I'm pretty sure HR never even looks at that and just tosses my CV into the garbage bin when they see I have no experience. If you have any tips or maybe could make a video about how to deal with this problem it would be awesome.

Depends on the market. In some markets you only need to be decent human being and have interest in the subject and and they'll take you.
