Copycat KFC famous bowls

Busy days call for simple semi homemade meals, while running errands today I couldn’t figure out what to make for dinner. I went to Costco and diced to grab some Stuff to make some copycat KFC famous bowls at home. I got chicken strips, mashed potatoes and I had corn in the freezer at home. The only thing I made at home was the gravy which came together really fast. My kids absolutely loved it and we have so much leftovers…..

—Gravy recipe—

-1 stick of unsalted butter
-1/2 cup of flour
-3 cups of chicken broth
-1 teaspoon of garlic powder
-1 teaspoon of onion powder
-1 teaspoon of chicken bouillon
-1/4 teaspoon of thyme
-1/4 teaspoon of rosemary
-1/4 teaspoon black pepper
