Why is it listed as a park model, and not a small mobile home? In many states, just over 400 sq ft accepted as the smallest legal home allowed by the state... Just wandered if the mobile home maker can have the title changed to read mobile home, so it can be accepted in mobile home parks, or to be legally set up on land.

I like most of it, but the bathroom is too cramped for those of us who get around with canes and walkers.

Thanks for not including a low ceiling concussion hazard attic loft. Most people don't want to keep banging their heads on a low ceiling, and those of us with health issues can't handle the stairs or a ladder, so a low ceiling attic loft is wasted on us.

Doors have to be moved.
Electrical box needs to be moved.Sliding glass door on opposite sided.Bedroom to small for a single person.And you have enough room for a loft.
Unfortunately a typical trailer not good at all.I have seen better.
