💯 Agreed. There's no reason for Xenoblade Chronicles X to be stuck on Wii U. Especially now that the Xenoblade Chronicles fanbase has grown significantly.

Fully expect to see this game announced within the next 6 month

That Legend of Heroes story is hilarious and "proves exactly what I was saying!" I don't expect this game to be exclusive to Switch. Falcom just wasn't ready to have the game announced. They have a new mainline game coming to PS4 and PS5 (no Switch version announced yet) that releases on Sept. 26. They'll announce the other versions after the new game has had it's chance to sell.

I recently played NintendoLand on the WiiU with 3 friends. There's no reason that that game is stuck on the WiiU, either. I hooe it gets a remaster.

OJ that is a really really freaking great point! If Nintendo and other game companies worked to make their games more future-proof (keeping the source code, using development tools that have a healthy history of support, designing the games to not be TOO reliant on hardware, etc. etc.) it would go a long way to keeping those games accessible to audiences in the future. I think that could greatly reduce people from pirating their games and/or emulating.

I’d much rather play XCX on Switch successor but it should 100% run on Switch 1 so that it can have access to a higher user base by far.

Also LoH Trails in the sky is not showing off Switch 2 footage, y’all peeps in the comments buggin with that.

I am undoubtedly one of the biggest fans of the Trails of Heroes series, and my excitement is through the roof. This development opens up so many possibilities and rekindles hope for the series' future, which is incredibly important to me. Apologies if I sometimes get the name wrong in translation; I hope my meaning is clear. Returning to my point, this revival brings a wealth of potential and hope, as losing this series would be like losing a dear friend. I've played nearly all the games, particularly the first few that were released, and I've always wanted to experience them in this way. This is a significant development. I'm hopeful that they will revisit and recreate the remaining games with this art and graphic style, especially the ones from the 'Zero' arc. Admittedly, I'm not a huge fan of that particular game—its detective theme didn't appeal to me visually, so I skipped it. However, this gives me hope that future installments will be more to my liking. The Trails series is very much alive and well.

I so wanted Xenoblade Chronicles X on the Switch. Why could put Breath of the Wild and not it. I am not much Spyro, it is nice to see it back. These are games made the PlayStation that they need to go back to.
