The community didn’t say to give Miner such a massive nerf, they just said Miner + Poison was too good. Plus, 17 damage nerf on Miner’a CTD is gigantic, not because of the percentage but because of the fact that the little margin that this change will effect is the margin by which Miner players win, and so this will not balance it but move it to the other side, making them lose way too much, and effectively over-nerfing the Miner.

furnance basically lasts less for a faster spawn, but the ammount of fire spirits doesnt seem changed

both, before and after nerf summon same ammount of fire spirits with 3 seconds before it gets destroyed after last spawn

Furnace feels like a nerf because tesla fully counters it now, small tanks can absorb more spirits before dying and it's less likely to get chip damage
