It has helped with my mental my anxiety. It has helped me spiritually and so many ways. That I can't even explain. March 7 2007 I quit everything cold turkey. As soon as I lost my son & he was ripped from arms screaming was all the motivation I needed & thank God for the two God fearing parents raised us up in church. I'll be 18 years sober this March!
