Another difference is the ocg ultimate rare has the monster reflective, smooth, and raised with the background artwork being slightly textured. The ocg collector's rare has the monster, artwork, and edges textured while the remainder of the card is holographic. Imo the collector's rare is the nicer one

I have an interesting Reasoning. It is a full shiny card no triangles, no kinda rainbow effect to it and the picture itself is raised up farther than I've seen on any card from these packs.
