For those of you freaking out, Ronan confirmed in that chat with Oliver on Sunday that there’s no breaking up of the Tarlos. (Pretty sure he and Raf would NEVER let the writers do that.)

I’m personally hoping this episode is finally gonna see TK being Carlos’ support, which I have been waiting for. Relationships go two ways and I feel like seeing TK’s support of Carlos is gonna show exactly how serious these two are about each other.

So in the same episode that Carlos is "possessive" of TK when the bartender flirts, they are potentially breaking up because Carlos calls TK a friend (instead of his boyfriend) in the presence of his parents...
That's a lot of drama for 1 episode, especially since we haven't seen enough of them being a couple yet.

At least it’s good that we are going to see more about Carlos story cause for now besides being TK’s boyfriend he doesn’t have a story. Even in season 1 he only had scene with TK, or with Michelle but it was only about Michelle storyline. The poor Carlos is a little bit the character left behind. I hope we will also see more of his cop work, like we see more Athena on 911

I hope that the issue isn't that he's not out, but instead that he's out and his parents are the type of people "cool with it" but clearly made uncomfortable bc of their implicit homophobic views. So that Carlos is presenting TK as a "friend" as a reflex bc his family tries to avoid talking about his identity.
