Sinovac has a better balance between efficacy(78%, the numbers for the other 2 vaccines are higher but were claimed by the manufacturers themselves not like the China one) and safety(less side effects as developed with mature technology). I would pick China one if I have to.

I wish we have a simple way to check whether we already have immunity to the virus especially those with asymptomatic cases, so we can speedup the roll out by prioritizing those people who doesnt have the immunity yet

They should be stayed in-house with COVID-19 patients after vaccination. About US-Nurse, the 3rd Prof said that she could have been having it before the vaccination. That did not impressed me at all.
