The judge in the court awarded life imprisonment and not capital punishment stating that this is not the rarest of rare cases. If this is not rarest then would the judge define what is rarest of rare case. The doctor was raped and murdered inside the hospital while on duty by a rapist murderer who was employed by the hospital and had access to the hospital. Is the judge saying that any employee while on duty at his workplace gets raped and murdered in his workplace is no big deal. What was stopping the judge in giving capital punishment. Whoever wanted to go on appeal would have gone. His own mother states that if her son was guilty he should be punished. Is the judge court judiciary justice saying that it is ok to rape and murder dont worry yoy will get only life imprisonment . Is this the judge giving the impression to the public it is ok to rape and murder. What a joke.
