Great that the interviewer doesn't interrupt Ray too much...

David, is clearly hugely biased towards the Democrats. This was obvious in the construction of his questions, and how often he tried to put words in the mouth of Ray Dalio.

I am not from US, but have huge respect for Ray. He is the one who deserves US Head of Treasury. He has all potential to navigate US treasury and world carefully.

Why is this video edited? Anyone hear that? What Dalio said has been edited out..that’s not fair, if u put a video here and ask for audience time u should leave it unedited! REAL BULLSHIT!...no balls!

I would like Americans to rediscover the value of the quality of their conduct and debate, these two gentlemen remind me of what America was like in my early years when the leader of the western world, this needs to be resurrected, and leadership must be shown. I say this as a foreigner, America must rediscover its role and remember free people the world over wish you well, but be steady, don’t loose you nerve, and be United.
A thought from Great Britain .

Please run for president! We need an objective thinker with nothing to lose, no worries for reelection and a true leader.

There is no way to stop it now. No one, no group can stop if.

I respect Dalio and think he dodged the Post's political effort well. As someone else said, don't edit the comments. This is the genesis of the fake news allegations and is disrespectful to the speakers and the audience.

Dalio carried the conversation the whole way.... even though he had less books behind him on his shelf versus the other dude....

David: Bad idea for you to inject politics at the end without allowing Ray to respond!

My dad visited me two days ago (after 10 years of not seeing) and the evening went well until it came to politics. I am now member of a conservative-rightists party in Germany and he started drinking whine and yelling at me I would support concentration camps and if necessary we will see us on a battlefield (my dad is speaking like an extreme-leftist but wealthy and lets his money work like a capitalist...). So, yeah I begin to realize a civil war could potentially the result if we keep going. But other than in the USA the left/green bias in Germany is much stronger and we had no real conservative politics for over 1-2 decades which changed the country alot (which is the reason I went for the right spectrum in the end, and yes I dont like establishing multi-culture as standard here, hasnt to do with hate either). I was thinking whether I am the dangerous extremist my dad declared me to be or if he himself in his anti-nazi-mania is one. In the end, he was leftist in heart when he came to Germany in the 70s (as Iranian) and still is, no progression despite the wealth he is enjoying from our system. He's basically hugging Castro and Cortez (why isnt that bitch just going to Venezuela if she wants to live the 'leftists' dream? :P). Now we have an inflow of many people (mainly poor, the original reason to migrate to our country to either find a job or get social benefits even without a job) that vote for partys who pray money printing and left/green moral and ideology. Even beside cultural differences that is alarming me, will increase the speed this country is sinking and rip our society apart. Yes, inequality of wealth is a huge problem and everybody knows it but there is no easy solution to it. One solution is to tax companies based on where they sell, not where their HQ is located at. But chasing rich people will lead to outflow of investments. When leftists say they want to tax the rich it will just end in higher taxes for the middle class who are taxed like crazy already in Germany. Fortunately, our 'extreme' left party is far away from being in power but some of their ideas make it to the green and other parties which results in the consequences of my previous sentence. Well, anyways I do think the middle class gets squeezed out until radicalization will take place (again). I dont think our right-spectrum party can fix this either, in the end you have to "steal" from someone. Politicians turning against the <1% who own most of the worlds assets, who are internationally distributed/well diversified and have a tight grip on every politician directly or indirectly? I doubt it.

Please ask Mr.Ray Dalio, what should seniors relying on social security income do? They cannot afford any risk, should they still buy short rub treasuries with their savings?
