Ben explains that this idea shift makes it difficult to have debates and arguments, as feelings are undeniable and are personal, rather than using facts to come to different conclusions and interpretations.

Piers then explains that he feels many people are starting to lean towards a more conservative way of thinking the further 'woke' left extremists go, as their ideologies become more 'laughable'.

I don't think it's fair to blame things on people because of their political affiliation. Because I am a Democrat doesn't mean I go along with ridiculous issues. I am Black, Catholic, educated, middle class, employed, kind, etc. I don't appreciate all of the negative things that Piers and Shapiro assign to people ONLY because of their affiliation to politics. I am a super logical person who believes in the truth. Lastly, I like both of these guys, a lot.

When you hear Ben Shapiro and Piers Morgan talk about "facts" and "the truth", they often mix it with "common sense". There is always what we think is true (because that's what we are taught) and what is true, on a scientific point of view. And it's always easier to talk about common sense because its something that we share together. If you tell that "there is only two genders, based on genitalia", it sounds right and it fits to most people's life experience. But it takes way more time to explain why it doesn't really works this ways, because you'd have to give all those explanations about genetics, hormones, phenotype, etc. And then, you'd have to explain the way it interacts with sociological factors, historical factors, and it would take hours.
