Hello sir please guide me, i totally belong to a economically weaker section in the general category and my revenue officer and other authorities are denying me of such EWS certificate by saying that i don't possess land, Sir you tell me if i had land and property then how come i eligible for reservation... I don't have any property in my family and people like me badly needs reservation....so please tell me how to approach the HC by filling writ petition and also i cannot afford the fees of any advocate ??

Sir Ji, Can i file writ petition in high court by keeping my revision application pending at the district court last 8yrs m fightinng a case with the company and their directors those who cheated to us any many innocent people across the nation Police had submitted closure Report twice in this case by taking a birbe their second Closure report has been accepted by the Chief judicial magistrate ....and now i have filed Revision application at the District Court and it is on the argument status now since 2013 to till date many times Miscarriage of Justice has occurred in this case Please guide me that Can i file writ petition in high court at this stage ....Thank you
