One of the 1st things I built when mincraft 1st came out, automating as much as possible way back yonder lol, its now FTB and automation is now fantastic, a game I still love playing, I can loose myself in another world and forget your troubles, apart from creepers ;( and im 54 years young ;)

Instead of using a bunch of hoppers just use water to make it slide into the last hopper. you can also use dispenser and add a water bucket inside of it

I made this design up myself too. I have been doing this style farm since before the ocean update even came out. I devised it when I realized redstone didn't work in Bedrock like it did in Java and decided to come up with my own redstone crop farm even though my understanding of it is minimal (I have been playing Bedrock since 2013). It's perfect for those who don't want to mess with villagers to set up a full on replenishing redstone crop farm. Not to mention it is easy to understand for non technical minded people like myself.

nah this some old sh1t bro, try putting hoppers below and a farmer villager, the villager re-plants the crops and it's all collected.
