Thank you!! This is SO helpful and you got right to the point with easy to follow instructions. I will never be buying a printer without a menu accessible from the printer again. I’ve had this printer for a few years and just moved so I needed to set it up again. I’m just waiting for the day it stops working so I can justify buying a different one.

On my printer, sometimes for no reason or perhaps because it’s been sitting for a while unused, I get a message saying “no air printer found“. It’s already been set up and was working but now it has stopped. So what I did today was just press the Wi-Fi set up button, and then wait. I honestly think I waited about three minutes and I didn’t touch a darn thing even though buttons were flashing everywhere and then finally it just started working. I don’t know if this was a fluke or if it’s a good trick. But I’m going to try it next time because it happens not infrequently. Thanks for helping!
